The customer shall provide information regarding modifications to be to the design

 

 

When we provide a design or a set of designs to the customer, the customer shall review and respond. 

 

 

Revisions consists of only 3 revisions that incorporate changes requested by the customer.  We don't offer umlimited revisions.

 

 

The customer must pay for the service in advance with the proposed amount.

 

 

We will email the customer or a receipt of the transactions in which the customer is involved and will provide the customer with all the information to start the design process.

 

 

The customer agrees to provide timely responses to us after receiving status notifications from us. 

 

 

The logo design may be completed from 3 to 5 days depending on the complexity of the design and the amount of orders we will be handling at the said time. 

 

 

 

 

The customer accepts accepts that the electronic devices/ and/or software used by the customer to review the designs we provided may distort the colors, shapes, and effects used. 

 

Sixsun Enterprises disclaims any warranty related to the accuracy of the output devices used by the customer.
